Administration & Human Resources

Administration & Human Resources

Manages the day-to-day administration of the church and its people. Keeps church records, handles official documents and communication, coordinates schedules and meetings, supports staff and volunteers, and helps ensure church policies and procedures are followed.

Children's Ministry

Children's Ministry

Serves children and helps them learn about God in a safe, friendly, age-appropriate environment. Organizes children's church, Bible lessons, activities, and events that help children develop their faith and relationship with God.

Cleaning / Sanitation

Cleaning / Sanitation

Keeps the church premises clean, orderly, and hygienic. Coordinates cleaning before and after services and events, maintains toilets and common areas, manages waste, and ensures a clean, healthy environment.

Counseling / Pastoral Care

Counseling / Pastoral Care

Provides spiritual care and support to members who need guidance or encouragement. Assists with personal, family, relationship, and spiritual concerns, working with leadership and referring serious matters when necessary.

Discipleship

Helps believers grow in their faith and become mature followers of Christ. Organizes discipleship programs, mentoring, and spiritual growth activities that help members understand the Bible and apply Christian principles daily.

Evangelism / Outreach

Evangelism / Outreach

Takes the message of the Gospel beyond the church. Organizes evangelism activities, reaches people in the community, supports outreach programs, and helps connect people who respond to the Gospel with the church for continued growth.

Facilities / Maintenance

Looks after church buildings, rooms, equipment, and physical facilities. Coordinates repairs, maintenance, inspections, and facility improvements to keep the environment functional, safe, and suitable for worship.

Finance / Accounts

Manages the financial affairs of the church. Records income and expenses, prepares budgets and financial reports, handles payments and financial records, and helps ensure church funds are handled responsibly, accurately, and transparently.

Health / First Aid

Provides basic health and first-aid support during church services and events. Maintains first-aid supplies, assists people who become unwell or injured, and helps coordinate medical attention when needed.

Hospitality

Takes care of guests, visitors, and special guests of the church. Helps create a welcoming environment, coordinates refreshments and hospitality arrangements, and assists visiting ministers during services and special occasions.

Legal / Compliance

Helps the church operate according to applicable laws, regulations, agreements, and internal policies. Assists with contracts, legal documents, organizational requirements, and other legal matters with qualified professionals.

Marriage / Family Ministry

Helps strengthen marriages and families through biblical teaching, counseling, mentorship, and practical guidance. Organizes marriage programs, pre-marital preparation, family seminars, and activities for healthy families.

Media & Information Technology

Manages the church's media and technology work — sound and audio, video and production, photography, graphics, livestreaming, social media, digital communication, the website, church systems, and technical support.

Men's Ministry

Provides programs that help men grow spiritually and become strong examples of Christian leadership. Organizes Bible studies, prayer meetings, fellowship, and mentorship encouraging men in their walk with God, families, and community.

Pastoral / Church Leadership

Provides overall spiritual leadership and direction for the church. Responsible for preaching and teaching the Word of God, guiding the vision of the church, caring for members, making major ministry decisions, and overseeing the work of the different departments.

Prayer and Intercessors

Leads the church in prayer and intercession. Organizes prayer meetings and prayer programs, prays for the church, leaders, members, families, and communities, and encourages believers to develop a strong and consistent prayer life.

Protocol

Coordinates the proper reception and care of pastors, visiting ministers, leaders, and official guests. Assists with seating, movement, schedules, introductions, and special arrangements during services and events.

Safety / Emergency Response

Helps the church prepare for and respond to emergencies. Develops safety procedures, supports evacuation plans, promotes fire and general safety awareness, and coordinates organized response during emergencies.

Security

Helps protect the church, its members, visitors, staff, and property. Monitors entrances and important areas, manages security during services and events, responds to security concerns, and works with authorities when necessary.

Sunday School

Provides Bible teaching during Sunday School sessions. Organizes classes, prepares lessons, coordinates teachers, and helps children, young people, and adults learn the Word of God in a clear and suitable way.

Teens / Youth Ministry

Serves teenagers and young people by helping them grow spiritually and develop healthy Christian relationships. Organizes youth services, Bible studies, mentorship, fellowship, and activities addressing the challenges young people face.

Transport / Parking

Coordinates church transportation and parking arrangements. May manage church vehicles, organize transport for activities, guide vehicles during busy services, and ensure parking is handled safely and efficiently.

Ushering

Welcomes and assists people during church services and events. Helps members and visitors find their way, manages seating, assists with movement during services, and supports the smooth running of church gatherings.

Welfare / Benevolence

Helps members and approved beneficiaries facing genuine needs. Coordinates welfare assistance, emergency support, food or material assistance, and other practical help according to church policy and available resources.

Women's Ministry

Serves women by providing opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, prayer, teaching, and mentorship. Organizes women's meetings, Bible studies, conferences, and activities encouraging women in faith and family life.

Worship

Leads the congregation in worship and helps create an environment where people can focus on God. Coordinates worship leaders, worship teams, rehearsals, worship planning, and preparation of songs for church services.

Young Adults Ministry

Serves young adults as they grow in their faith and move into adulthood. Provides Bible teaching, fellowship, mentorship, prayer, and practical discussions on faith, relationships, education, work, and the future.
