Prayer requests may contain personal or sensitive information. You should avoid submitting passwords, financial credentials, identification numbers, or other unnecessary information. Submitting a prayer request does not create a professional, medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advisory relationship with the church. Where a request concerns an urgent medical, mental-health, safety, or other emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency or professional service directly.

5. Church Information and Member Access

Where the church provides private access to member information, you are responsible for keeping any private access link confidential and must not knowingly allow another person to use your access. Notify the church promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.

6. Giving and Donations

The church provides giving instructions on the Give page, including mobile-money payment details. Transactions are processed entirely through your mobile money provider's own systems — the church does not request or require your PIN, password, or other confidential payment credentials through this website. You are responsible for checking payment details carefully before completing a transaction. Where funds are sent to incorrect details due to user error, the church cannot guarantee recovery and may not be liable for resulting losses. If you believe a giving transaction was made incorrectly, please contact us and, where appropriate, your payment provider.

7. Events, Services and Church Information

Information about services, events, schedules, and activities is provided for general information and may occasionally change. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not guarantee it will always reflect the exact present state at the moment you access the website.

8. External Links and Third-Party Services

The website may contain links to or embedded content from YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, and other platforms operated independently from Gate of Heaven. We are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, or terms of service.

9. Church Media and User Content

Where you voluntarily submit content for church publication (e.g. a testimony or photograph), you confirm you have the right to provide it. By submitting it, you grant Gate of Heaven permission to use that content for legitimate church communication, ministry, educational, archival, or promotional purposes. We may decline to publish or remove submitted content at our discretion.

Unless otherwise credited, all content on this website — including our name, logo, branding, design, written content, and original media — belongs to Gate of Heaven Healing Ministries International.
